Portrait Sessions
Consultation
During our consultation, we will talk about the details - what to wear, where to meet, your expectations for the session, etc. The consultation willtake place at Karey’s studio or over the phone, depending on your situation.
The session
The length of the session depends on the type of session and number of people involved (Karey will give you a time estimate at the consultation). The session fee includes: time with Karey at the location of your choice -a park, your backyard, other favorite spot, or Karey’s studio, enhancement of selected images. up to 5 people, and travel within 30 miles. (We’re happy to go beyond that for a small fee-just ask for a quote).
*A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your session. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please do so within 48 hours of session. Deposit can be applied to a future session should you need to reschedule.
After the Session
Within 2 weeks of your session we will meet for an ordering appointment where you will view your images on the projection screen, see the products we offer and have the opportunity to order your favorites. Your order will be available for pick up within approximately 2 weeks of this appointment.
